A minor update

Dear friends of Bastian and Elisabeth,

For those of you who were wondering what is going on a minor update.

Yes, they are still alive! And yes, unfortunately, it seems that Bastian and Elisabeth have great difficulty finding a decent internet connection (as all loyal visitors of this blog must realize by now).

Will they make it to Rome? Yes, they most likely will. Disclaimer: No, I don't feel responsible if you loose a bet on the basis of this information. Strange things happen when you're walking all the way from Utrecht to Rome. The story (including all the juicy details) I leave to Bastian and Elisabeth. I can however add some of Eli's drawings and some photo's of my own when I visited them in Switzerland.

Will they update this blog? A good question. Perhaps they will, perhaps they won't. Given the circumstances I guess the appropriate thing to say would be God only knows.

Where are they now? "Alea iacta est". From now on each day they are getting closer to Rome.

Thomas
